Learning Objective 1:  Classroom Management  Teachers will learn classroom management techniques, how to build student relationships, and classroom organization/routine techniques.
Learning Objective 2:  Preparing my first Days:  Teachers will create a course syllabus and a plan to deliver on the first day.  Teachers will design an engaging first day/week activity as an introduction to the course.  Teachers will practice student relationship building techniques.  Finally, teachers will engage in a CTE LEAP 101 course and develop a list of “high leverage” moves to quickly become a good teacher.
